I'm more "me" than I've ever been

This is such an affirmation of my life now - a lot of things have been turned on their head and changes have been made and through it all I feel like I am becoming the person I was meant to be.
I am in control of my life and it just keeps getting more simple and straightforward as I let go of things that I had thought were important and really aren't.

I'm in a different job, my marriage has survived the storm, I'm about to have my mother come and live with us for a few weeks, my children live in the city while we are in the country......and so the changes continue. And yet, through all of this, life is good and I am content with who I am and the life I am living - what more could I ask for?

  1. I think you've found the secret to contentment, my friend. More power to you!

  2. That's the key right there we have to chose our priorities and let the other things go by the wayside. Glad to hear you are doing well. I also went thought a few years during menopause where I felt like a foreigner in my own body. It passes and things get better.

Thanks so much for your comment - it's where the connection begins.
