There are a lot of giant blogs out there that sell and promote anything and everything to their readers. They make a lot of money for their owners and I'm sure they offer great opportunities to sponsors.Cresting the Hill isn't a giant blog, it's a lovely medium sized, warm and connected blog. You can see from my posts that I have a community of readers who engage and comment and return faithfully each week to read my posts. I pride myself on writing authentically about enjoying life in your 50's and 60's - I don't sell out to make a quick dollar.
WHAT DOES CRESTING THE HILL OFFER?
What I can offer anyone who is interested in working with me is an audience who are open to new ideas, who have an interest in products and services geared towards Midlife women, and who are well aware of my integrity and emphasis on quality and not going along with the latest fad.I don't offer free space for sponsored posts, I believe my time and my blog are worth investing in and I don't sell myself short these days. I host sponsored or collaborative posts for companies that I believe fit well with the ethos of my blog.
