Great quotes, Leanne. I agree that surrounding ourselves with people who make us feel alive is key! I also agree with the importance of incorporating what we truly value into our lives...and that value will then multiply 100 fold!
ReplyDeleteI loved all seven quotes Donna - they're all do-able and if we think about them a little bit they add to becoming our best selves don't they? x
DeleteI need to print this post out, Leanne! Your quotes were so soothing and strengthening to read. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteSSG xxx
I've pinned them all SSG because I need to constantly remind myself of a few of them atm!
DeleteAll excellent quotes Leanne and I think #5 could also fit with my WOTY 'Evolve'. We should keep growing and exploring who we are. I also love 'It's just YOU versus YOU' we forget that don't we? We compare ourselves to others instead of reminding ourselves of our unique and wonderful qualities. Thanks for starting my week with some beautiful inspiration. x
ReplyDeleteHi Sue - I'm a classic for comparisons. I know I shouldn't worry, but every now and then it still sneaks up on me. I find quotes to be great reminders of what we already know - they just reinforce the lessons in a way that works really well for me.
DeleteI like numbers 1-3 the best because they come from a very wise woman!
ReplyDeleteHaralee you're so sweet. I wish I'd actually originated them (I'm not that clever!) but whoever the smart and sassy women were who wrote them, they've been such great helpers for me to keep growing and engaging more with life.
DeleteI love quotes and these are just perfect Leanne, #5 speaks to me for some reason. You are amazing and so thoughtful in sharing your wisdom with us all. #lifethisweek
ReplyDelete#5 had such a positive slant to it didn't it Deb. I don't think we go through anything in life that doesn't ultimately grow us if we choose to look at it from that perspective and not wallow in the "why me" questions x
ReplyDeleteI agree Leanne! I've just linked to this post in my Tuesday post, so thank you :) . #senisal
DeleteGreat words to inspire and live by...always good to have these on hand as reminders.
ReplyDeleteNext week's optional prompt for #lifethisweek is 11/51 It's MY Favourite. Denyse.
I loved each and every one of them Denyse - always great to have some positive inspiration when I'm trying to be "more" for 2019.
DeleteI've pinned 2 of them - #1 and #6....And I will be stealing #1 for inputting into birthday cards!
ReplyDeleteI'm SO happy you liked them Pat - and #1 would be great in birthday cards - very clever :)
Delete#1 and #5 sing to me. Especially that line about surrounding yourself with people who make you feel alive. Thanks Leanne!
ReplyDeleteFantastic quotes Leanne. I love good quotes! It's the first one that speaks to me the loudest. I know I need to laugh more, do more, have fun more and be a more fun person to be around. Absolutely love that quote and will pin in and print it and have it near my desk to remind me. #TeamLovinLife xo
ReplyDeleteLiked all the quotes, Leanne. Very inspiring. It's all about being focused, being positive and being realistic. Thanks for sharing them.
