My Word of the Year is EMBRACE and I thought it would be interesting to select 12 aspects of life that we need to take ownership of and embrace with open arms and open hearts. So often I hear people complaining about what they don't have - instead they need to focus on all the good there is in life - lets' start with 12 facets we can be grateful for.

  4. It's so appropriate for me right now. My children are getting older and mothering is not as intense as it was when they were younger. I'm trying to take those bits and pieces of myself that I love and form my life into a new track. I need to embrace the past in order to move on to a future that I love. I can't wait to read more on this topic.
