A while back I wrote a post about how Midlife is all about being a Perennial. The term originated from a US internet entrepreneur Gina Pell, since then, I've wondered if maybe we're actually just late in life Millennials? WHAT DO WE NEED TO STOP DOING TO LIVE VIBRANTLY?
When I chose "MORE" for my Word for 2019 I wanted to focus on becoming the best possible version of myself both now, and in the future as I age. It seems fairly pointless to be flourishing at 50 and then sliding down the slippery slope into becoming a boring old woman by the time I'm 70. So, here's a few pitfalls I've noticed older women falling victim too, and ways to avoid them.If we want to live vibrantly, to be interesting and attractive to others, we need to stop behaving like we're old ladies and start being upbeat and positive in our approach to life. It's time to stop doing three things that have come to define senior citizens.
